INK COLOUR INFORMATION

• Colour Options: This stamp has a choice of 20 ink colours to suit your school's marking strategy or your preference.
• Colour supplements: Some colours take longer to process and therefore cost more to manufacture.
• Reinkable colours: CS10 refill ink is available for every colour - buy with your stamp at a discounted price.
• Changing ink colour: The stamp face is impregnated with ink and cannot be changed.

IMAGE OPTIONS

• Supplied images: Use the provided grids to select an image.
• Alternative images:  We have a huge image library, contact us for complimentary image design options.
• Own artwork / logo options: Upload using the button provided - files must be black only, high resolution, jpgs, pdf, .ai, .psd, .png or similar.

TEXT / FONT OPTIONS

• Is text optional?  Yes. 
• Text formatting:  Text is wrapped to fit the stamp area automatically. If a specific line break is required, type <br> to indicate where.
• Standard font? Arial bold is our default as it is an easy to read choice for teacher stamps. Other fonts available for a small supplement to cover the artwork changes necessary.

PROOFS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Request a proof:  Request a proof in the 'instructions' box on each custom stamp page.
• Special instructions: Use the instructions box to tell us us of any further information we need to create your stamp.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

• Delivery times: Xstamper manufacturing takes 5-8 days - this can be longer during peak times (Sep - Oct)
• Next day delivery? Unfortunately this is not available for Xstamper custom made stamps, however if next day delivery is purchased we will use this method to deliver your order so you will get it as quickly as possible.

Quantity discounts are applied automatically for quantities of 5-9, 10-19 and 20+ stamp orders.
Further discount is available for orders of 40+ stamps. Please email for a quote detailing your order requirements.

Personalised stamps: 

Manufacturing time varies by brand but generally takes from 1 to 5 working days - this can be longer during peak times (Sep - Oct). Next day delivery is not possible - if Next Day or Tracked 24 is purchased, this service will be used for delivery. If your order is urgent please state this in the special instructions box or contact us to discuss your requirements.

UK Delivery options

* Order before 1pm for this service. Not available for personalised / made to order stamps.
** Weight based pricing. Rate shown is for up to 100g.

EU Delivery: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Spain (max. order value €150) 

Tracked delivery in 2 to 7 days (dependent on service selected), tax and duty paid from £6. Delivery cost is calculated by weight and limited by order value (see note below).
Note: Due to EU regulations the max. order value for delivery inclusive of tax and duty is €150/£125 - we therefore have to limit the basket value/products value to £110 for these countries. 

Rest of World Delivery: Australia, Switzerland, Kuwait, USA 

Tracked and signed delivery, tax and duty unpaid from £7.20. Cost is calculated by weight.
