Save money with a bottle of refill ink
If you're needing to replenish an existing ink pad with the same ink colour then it is cheaper to buy a 10ml refill ink bottle. Simply apply a few drops to the existing pad (see 'Refill' tab for further instructions). The only exception will be for old / high usage stamps where the pad can be worn down with use and therefore a new pad would be more suitable.
New ink pad, option of a new ink colour
As well as revitalising your stamper, replacing the pad also enables you to change the colour of your stamp image. Changing the pad colour will involve clearing excess ink on the rubber by printing it many times without a pad inserted (see 'Refill' tab for further instructions).
 | Ink Specification: The refill ink for Shiny rubber stamps (including date stamps) is a specialist ink for rubber stamps only. Purchase either as a 10ml ink bottle to replenish an existing pad or as a full replacement ink pad (for the same or an alternative colour). |
 | How to Refill a Shiny Self-inking Rubber Stamp 1. Release pad: - Models: S854/S855 - push the front red button to release the pad. - Models: S510/S520/S530/S542/S829 and similar - whilst holding the red locking buttons, gently push the handle down until the stamp locks. Remove the pad by pushing it from the front (noting the direction of the ink pad). - Models: PET-300, PET-400, R512 - push the pad out from the front  Bottle ink instructions:2. Apply a few drops only to the pad - amount varies by size of pad. This refreshes the pad which in turn inks the rubber. Be careful not to over fill the pad. 2. Remove the pad - note it's orientation for reinsertion. 2. Remove the pad - note it's orientation so you can replicate it with the new pad. |
