We hope you will be pleased with all our stamps products, however should you wish to make a return please note the following conditions and process.
Stock / standard stamps: generic design, uncustomised stamps and other products eg unused refills can be returned within 28 days of dispatch. After this date refunds are not eligible.
Made to order stamps: These are general design, i.e. not personalised stamps that are not stocked for sale but are made when ordered. These stamps therefore cannot be added to stock so returns while accepted, will incur a 15% return admin fee.
Customised / personalised stamps: only some brand custom stamps can be returned for refund. Please contact us to discuss your return request.
Return postage costs: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the reason for the return is due to a mistake made by us. In this case the postage will be refunded up to a maximum of the original postage cost.
Refund conditions: A refund, less the outbound postage cost, will be processed as long as the product is in unused, ‘as new’ condition, including its original product packaging and labelling.

Include the delivery note and briefly explain the reason for the return
Package goods carefully to avoid damage in transit – a full refund will only apply to ‘as new’ condition returns

Allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Faulty Product Returns
If the item you purchased is faulty or you believe is incorrect please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem.
Failed Deliveries
Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed parcel pickups will be resent at the customer's cost. If the order includes custom made items then return of the order will be required to resend the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery service expectations are set by the service provider - these constitute a promise and not a guarantee and are out of our control. Unless there are service provider circumstances e.g. strikes, if your order does not arrive within the aims set by the service provider listed below, we will resend or the order free of charge. Alternatively if next day delivery is requested and the order arrives late we will refund the extra paid by the customer for the faster service. Note custom made stamps are not available for next day delivery.
