Our Service Commitment - Same Day Shipping
All standard / stocked orders received Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England) before 1pm are processed and shipped the same day. Custom stamp orders depend on the manufacturer and take approximately and extra 2-7 days to deliver. Manufacturing time may increase in high season (Aug - Oct) due to demand.
Christmas Delivery Services
Standard products: Standard orders (i.e. not custom products) placed up to 10am on the last working day before the 24th December will be dispatched that day. Deliveries will recommence the next working day after the New Year's Day bank holiday.
Made to Order and Custom Stamp Orders: Stamps made inhouse i.e. 22mm round stamps (CS23) and rectangular stamps (OA) and Shiny stamps are affected by the office closure between Christmas and New Year.
Xstamper stamps - we are unable to fulfil Xstamper custom and made to order stamps from approx. 20 Dec for 2 weeks due to factory closure. Orders will be held and made as a priority upon reopening. Dates vary so please contact us.
